Hilary Porter - Alien Abductions - The hospital mystery & alien fetuses

Hospital Mystery by hilary porter

December 1972, I had the misfortune to have to go into hospital for a small operation. After the anaesthesia I had a reaction, which meant I didn’t come round for 17 hours; and when I did it was 4am in the morning!

There was no one around at all, I needed the bathroom, so carefully I slid out of bed and put my slippers on, then shuffled across the ward into the bathroom. I had noticed the day before a wooden cabinet on the wall, with its door always kept locked. Now, this was now fully open and what was inside it made me stare in disbelief.

There where about 6 shelves, and on them jars with foetus’s ranging from 13 weeks gestation to over 20 weeks.
Yet these where no normal foetus’s. They looked partly human and partly something very odd indeed.

Were these freaks or the result of some genetic experiment; because I have never seen a human baby with large black eyes and very large heads?
And, without exception, all of them had a strange red mark in the centre of their chests.

I suddenly felt that I shouldn’t be in this place, in fact the whole experience of seeing these things freaked me out.

Surely this was something which no one should be allowed to see and I began to get the feeling that I could be in some kind of danger here.
I got back in bed and pretended to be asleep.

A nurse came into my ward a few minutes later with something under a white cover. She went into the bathroom, and I heard what I’m sure was the cabinet door slam shut and clicking of the lock. I got very bad feelings from that hospital and I was glad to go home later that day.
