I
will refer initially to a recent case in Australia, which occurred
in a small town in Queensland called Gundiah. The town with a population
of 400 has been at the centre of a recent UFO flap that culminated
in what the Australian newspapers said was one of the most extraordinary
alien contact events ever recorded in Australia.
On
a stormy night on October 4th. 2001, a 22-year-old local girl Amy
Rylance claimed to have been awoken from her sleep at 11pm. At night,
taken by aliens and held on a bus sized spacecraft for two and a
half hours. She showed authorities three triangular puncture marks
on her thigh where she claimed a molecular probe was inserted by
the aliens to test her organs and blood.
Interestingly
Petra Heller a close friend witnessed the abduction. Petra stated
that at about 11pm. On October 4th. She noticed a bright light in
the lounge room of the house she shared with Amy and her husband
Keith. She said that she watched in horror as Amy was lifted off
the couch she was sleeping on and carried out through the window
on a beam of white light. Petra said," My legs turned to jelly,
Keith was asleep in the bedroom- I tried to scream but couldn't".
A few minutes later she awoke Keith who couldn't comprehend what
had happened. They ran outside and saw a bushy tree by the window
was scorched and they immediately contacted the Police.
Amy
stated that she had fallen asleep on the couch and the next thing
she remembered was lying on top of a bed with a thin sheet up to
the top of her legs. She was alone and the room seemed to be lit
up by light coming through the walls. She got off the bed and shouted
out, " What am I doing here". Suddenly a robotic voice
seemed to enter her head saying, "Please ask one question at
a time". The voice also told her to remain calm. The voice
then asked permission to enter the room, as it didn't want to frighten
her. Amy then asked where she was and what he looked like. The voice
responded that he looked like a man and that she could ask as many
question as she liked. He said that he would release her if she
would at least talk to him. Although afraid she agreed. She then
stated that the wall seemed to open and a man like figure entered
the room. He was dressed in a grey tight fitting body suit which
Amy said looked like a divers suit. He wore a face-fitting mask,
which looked like pictures that people draw of aliens.
He
told her that he was a biologist from another planet and that the
craft was a long distance transport vessel, that they were traveling
through our galaxy and he and another biologist were gathering information
about Earthlings and Earth, as they passed through the atmosphere.
He was asked why they had picked on a girl from Queensland. He stated
that they had been following the dark side of the Earth in the southern
hemisphere and were scanning for organic specimens in the area The
scan located Amy asleep at home and they wanted to carry out some
experiments, but they didn't expect anybody to witness it. `He then
asked Amy to be calm as a dwarf-sized alien inserted a metal probe
into her thigh to monitor her body functions. Two metal discs were
also placed on her heels. As they talked together Amy seemed to
gain his trust and he told her that there were many like him throughout
the galaxy. He told her that everyone walked upright and there are
no monsters like we think. He told her that they are a million years
ahead of us in technology.
He
then told her that her time was up and that she would be transported
back to earth, but it wouldn't be to her home as people were looking
for her. They then said goodbye and as he did so he revealed part
of his face and she saw that he had blue eyes like human ones.
Amy
suddenly awoke in the middle of nowhere. She said she felt ill and
saw a petrol station in the distance and walked to it. She saw that
the time was now 1.30am. and a girl who was driving past took her
to hospital. When she told her story she was taken to a police station
for questioning. She was found to be dehydrated and had low blood
sugar but was otherwise alright. Her husband Keith was informed
and told that said had been found safe and well at Mackay which
was 800km away. The police said that the only way Amy could have
traveled such a distance in the time was by fast jet. Their enquiries
eliminated such a possibility. The police stated that this was one
of the most bizarre and baffling cases they have ever encountered.
