Tony Dodd - Encounters over the moors
-
By Tony Dodd - December 2001
It
was a journey that Phillip walker and his pregnant wife Sally would
not forget for a long time. They had been visiting friends in the
seaside town of Scarborough, North Yorkshire and were now making
their way home to Whitby over the remote moors.
It
was about 9.30pm. on Friday August, 31st. When they reached the
top of the moors, theirs was the only vehicle on the road and they
passed the time by talking about mundane every day matters. Suddenly
they noticed four white lights in the air, which were moving towards
them, and Sally commented, How strange they dont appear
to be attached to anything. As they drove on the lights moved
above the car and Sally started to get uneasy because the glowing
objects were now pacing the car. Phillip could see the fear on his
wifes face so he increased his speed in an effort to lose
the lights but to no avail.
The
glowing objects stayed with the car for another two miles and then
suddenly broke away and proceeded to perform a series of remarkable
maneuvers, each light moving in different directions at tremendous
speeds. The couple then saw beams of light shooting down from the
sky and lighting up the fields ahead and they were both by now becoming
increasingly concerned. Suddenly one of the beams of light hit the
car full on and again Phillip accelerated until they were traveling
very fast. Sally who was observing the lights told Phillip that
they now appeared to be spinning, but Phillip was too busy driving
the car to take any further notice.
When
they eventually arrived home they were both in a fairly confused
state and went straight to bed, but when they awoke in the morning
Sally was horrified to find that her body was covered with burn
like blotches, each mark being about two inched long by one inch
wide. Because of her pregnancy she immediately consulted her GP
who told her that he had no idea what could have caused the blotches,
but suggested that they could be the allergic reaction to something.
The
couple never had any interest in the subject of UFOs. But know that
something extraordinary happened that night and will not travel
across the moor at night again.
WERE
THIS COUPLE SUBJECTED TO ABDUCTION WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE?.
The
moors in question have had a long history of strange occurrences.
Many vehicles have had confrontations with strange flying objects
and large numbers of animals have been killed and mutilated in this
area. I will write about these things in more detail and many abduction
cases I have dealt with in the near future.
