Tony Dodd - Human/Animal Mutilations - The Unknown Pedators.

One of the strangest and most sinister occurrences which seem to be associated with UFO phenomenon are the so called Animal Mutilations, which have been occurring for many years in most countries of the World. From the evidence available, America has seen far more of these bizarre cases than any other country, with many thousands of wild and domestic animals being killed and mutilated in very strange ways. This in no way detracts from the fact that here in the United Kingdom we have our fair share of animal mutilations, as do many other countries. In America the situation got so serious a few years ago that farmers were losing tens of thousands of dollars because large numbers of prime cattle and other farm animals were being killed. As a result a summit meeting of Police, Farmers and Local Authority Representatives took place in an effort to get Federal action to find the perpetrators and put a stop to the seemly senseless carnage. Also at the meeting were representatives from the FBI and the CIA. Who stated that a full investigation would take place into the phenomenon.

Although several years passed and the mutilations continued, no report was ever made public from either the FBI or the CIA. And the mutilations continued. It is inconceivable that neither of these intelligence organizations came up with any substantial information relating to the problem and it is much more likely that they were already aware of the perpetrators of these sadistic killings but hid the information under the heading of National Security.

The question has to be asked, how is it possible that these killings which have been taking place on global scale have never been witnessed, even though some have been known to happen in broad daylight. How can huge thousand pound bulls be killed and mutilated without any signs of a struggle and no ground marks are ever found. How can massive internal organs be removed through small holes and how can these animals be drained of blood, yet there is never any spillage on the ground. The tell tale signs of these mutilations is usually the same. The rectum is cored out with amazing accuracy as if by some form of laser instrument. Flesh is stripped from the head leaving the clean skull exposed. Sometimes the eyes are missing and also the ears and very often the tongue is also missing. Sometimes parts of the hide have been removed with very precise cuts leaving serrated edges at the sight of the wound. These cuts appear to have been inflicted by some form of heat instrument, which seals the cuts. The sexual organs have also regularly been taken and the udder and teats from milk cows.

These types of mutilations are not confined to cattle and have been witnessed in Horses, Deer, Sheep, Elk, foxes, Badgers, rabbits and many other wild animals even Dolphins at sea, yet we are no nearer catching the culprits. Various speculative ideas have been put forward as to who is responsible, including various black magic cults and even the governments themselves. The cult argument has long since been eliminated, but there are those who are convinced that some secret government organization is involved. Many have come to this conclusion because occasionally black unmarked helicopters have been seen in the air in the vicinity of mutilations. I personally believe with good reason that the governments are tracking incoming UFOs. And are able to identify different types. When a certain UFO signature is tracked and known to be hostile, the black helicopters are scrambled to try to intercept the craft, in many cases they arrive too late after the mutilation has taken place.

The only common factors with the mutilations are the fact that many farmers have reported seeing balls of light in the sky over the fields where animals have later been found dead and the strange mutilations themselves. Often the animals are heard screaming as if being terrorized by something. Even farm dogs who are not near the scene act terrified. We have to ask what is it that causes such fear in the animals. Is it possible that their much keener sense of hearing is picking up sounds beyond our range and if so what are these sounds that cause such fear. If we speculate that the governments are involved in the mutilations, we have to ask why they don't just take the animals away and incinerate them or dump them in the sea. Why leave them in the fields where the end product of their activities is left to be found. On the other hand if we have a predator from UFOs. Responsible, it proves beyond doubt that they are totally indifferent towards us and have no interest in the fact that the mutilations cause fear and panic. In other words if they are a predator of alien origin, they are probably a ruthless creature that is totally beyond our comprehension and understanding.

If the perpetrators are of alien origin we are then faced with the question as to why they kill and mutilate in such a bizarre manner. Are they taking body parts to monitor our evolutionary progress or are they taking the parts purely as a form of food. We must remember that even on this planet various cultures value odd items as great delicacies. There are certain tribes in Eastern countries that catch fish, but only eat parts of the head. In china sharks are caught and killed purely for their fins and monkey brains are also highly prized.

I am firmly of the belief, once again not without reason that the mutilations are not just confined to animals. There are certain indications that these types of attack have happened to humans as well, but these incidents are kept so secret by governments that we never hear about them. Perhaps this is for the best reasons. Would a release of such information cause public panic, would people be afraid to leave their homes at night and would armed groups form to defend themselves against the visitors. There would no doubt be many problems caused if such information were to be made public.

There are some incidents that have occurred over the years, which strongly point to the fact that the mutilations are not confined, to animals. The first case which came to the public notice involved an American Air Force Sergeant called Jonathan Louette who was serving at the White Sands Proving Ground in New Mexico, a vast remote base where the latest US technology is tested. There are many stories linking White Sands to alien contact and captured alien craft.

The Sergeant and a senior officer were detailed to travel several miles down the missile range in a military vehicle to find and recover any debris from spent missiles. At one point they left their vehicle to scout the desert. They separated in order to cover a wider area of the sand dunes more quickly. Suddenly the officer heard screams in the area of the dunes where the sergeant was searching. He ran towards the noise thinking that a rattlesnake had bitten the sergeant and as he reached the top of the dune, he saw a disc shaped craft hovering low above the ground. A long tentacle coming from the underside of the craft was wrapped around the sergeant. It dragged the screaming man into the craft and then shot away at great speed.

The officer returned to base in a state of shock. When he reported what had happened he was not believed and was arrested for murder. An immediate search of the area failed to find any sign of the sergeant. Three days later Sergeant Louette's mutilated body was found twenty miles down the range. The mutilations were clinical and precise and involved the removal of the genitals, the rectum and the eyes. Typically there was no blood on the body, but the cardiovascular organs had not collapsed. The officer was released without charge. Although the story was leaked out by people involved in the incident, the military refused to confirm or deny that such an incident had taken place.

Although many strange stories have come out of the Vietnam conflict, there can be none stranger than that reported at a UFO Conference in Las Vegas in 1989 by an ex United States Air Force man who was serving as a photographer in Vietnam in the late sixties. He was involved in a mission to investigate the mysterious crash of a B-52 bomber, and was air lifted by helicopter into the jungle where the plane had gone down. The first surprise was to find the plane intact, and no sign of a crash landing: it was if the plane had been air lifted and placed into position. Inside the cabin, though was a greater shock. The four-man crew were still strapped into their seats, but all had been mutilated with the typical clean-cut wounds that we see in the animal mutilations. After inspecting the plane and photographing both it and the occupants, the investigation team was ordered to burn the plane and the occupants.
